Total Barre

Total Barre™ is a high-energy, dynamic workout that integrates elements of Pilates, dance, cardio, and strength training. With the combination of music and movement, you will gain strength, flexibility, stamina, and dynamic stability while having fun at the barre.  No dance experience or tutus are required! Light equipment (such as Flex Bands™, Mini Stability Ball, and Toning Balls) is often incorporated to increase the amount of strength required for each exercise. This incredible workout not only burns fat and calories, but also elongates your muscles, lifts your booty, slims your thighs, and sculpts your upper body.

TRX

The TRX Suspension Trainer® is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. The TRX Suspension Trainer delivers a fast, effective total-body workout, builds core strength, and increases muscular endurance. Regardless of age, gender, or fitness level, pro athletes to seniors can benefit from the TRX workout.  With the combination of Pilates and strength training, this workout will take your fitness potential to a whole new level.

PILATES MATWORK

Matwork Pilates classes are conducted on the mat, utilizing your own body weight and small apparatus for resistance. The beauty of Matwork classes is the enormous freedom of being able to enjoy continuous fluid movement with uninterrupted flow but always at your level of ability.

Matwork Pilates has countless benefits including:

  • Long, lean overall body muscle tone
  • Improved flexibility and postural correction
  • Gain strength from your core including pelvic floor focus
  • Stand taller, sit straighter and move with better balance, coordination and body awareness
