Gabrielle, owner of Studio 48 Pilates and Fitness, has been an active teacher in the fitness industry since 2006. She is a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor Trainer for Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels as well as Total Barre™ and CORE™. Gabrielle is a graduate from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Recreation Management. By creating specialized workouts for all levels of fitness, she excels in assisting her clients to remain centered and strong during their sessions. Her passion for fitness and her client’s wellbeing shines through her instruction. Gabrielle enjoys trail running, snowboarding, biking, hiking, surfing, and playing her violin with the Glacier Symphony. Gabrielle is certified with STOTT PILATES®, Zen-Ga™, Total Barre™, CORE™ Athletic Conditioning and Performance Training, TRX®, ACE Personal Trainer, and Maddogg Athletics Cycling. In 2012 Gabrielle ran her first marathon and placed first in the 20-29 age group and third overall for females in the Two Bear Marathon in Whitefish, MT. She contributes her successful, injury free race and training to Pilates and TRX.

Katie was born and raised in Colorado and moved to Whitefish in 2001. Katie is a classically trained ballerina, having danced with the Colorado Ballet and the Canyon Concert Ballet. In addition to continuing to teach adult ballet, she is also certified in BalleCore and STOTT PILATES Level 1 Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels. After hip reconstruction surgery in 2014, Katie used Pilates as her major form of rehabilitation. With this in mind, she went through the STOTT PILATES certification program at Studio 48 Pilates and Fitness from 2015-2017. Katie loves sharing her appreciation of healing through movement with others and brings levity and joy of movement to others through her teaching. When she is not at Studio 48 Pilates and Fitness, Katie is busy raising her daughters Emma and Annie and hanging out with her husband Tom. And she seriously likes bluebirds. But not swamps.
Natalie was born and raised on the East Coast and moved to her husband's hometown of Whitefish in 2014. A lover of Pilates from a young age, it was that practice that she turned to to help regain her strength after battling cancer. Also a certified Holistic Health Coach, recipe developer for her blog Nutritiously Natalie, and private plant-based chef, Natalie believes in the power of food and positivity. She strives to help others who are going through similar health challenges, and loves working with her clients to reach their health and wellness goals so that they feel confident and balanced in all areas of their lives. Natalie has been trained as a STOTT PILATES instructor in Matwork, Reformer, Chair and Total Barre. Stacey Ingham was born and raised on a cattle ranch just outside of Whitefish. Through this experience she learned her love of nature, the outdoors, and all Montana has to offer. Stacey took of on a trip to southeast Asia in the fall of 2013 and through her experiences here, decided to change her life, no longer working for a bank, attend raw food school and receive her STOTT PILATES full level 1 training. Being an avid client of Pilates, Stacey considered the certification process to spread her knowledge and love of Pilates to others. In addition to teaching Pilates, Stacey is also the founder of Indah Sushi. With her love for healthy and creative food, Stacey and her business partner have a mobile sushi truck, catering business, and are about to open their first restaurant location in Whitefish June 2017. An avid skier, hiker, horseback rider, and former athlete, Stacey loves the way Pilates makes her feel strong and flexible. She has been trained as an instructor for STOTT PILATES Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, as well as Total Barre and TRX.

Adrienne has been addicted to pilates since 2003. She began teaching as a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor in 2007. She has enjoyed teaching clients from the sands of Hawaii to the Texas Hill Country and now the mountains of Montana. Adrienne loves the challenge of the human body and believes in the STOTT Pilates Method for all body types and injuries alike. If not in the studio, you can find this gal adventuring and dancing through the woods with her three kids, sipping wine and oysters with her husband for the Stillwater Fish House. Adrienne and her husband are the owners of the Stillwater Fish House and the Yeti Den in Whitefish.
