pilates 101

Pilates 101 is for the newbie to Pilates. The 4 week series is a progression of 8 sessions, two times a week, to teach you the fundamentals of Pilates. By the end of the 8 sessions you will know:

  • how to incorporate the 5 Basic Principles of the STOTT PILATES method into every exercise

  • how to set up your reformer

  • the essential Pilates Matwork and Reformer exercises that can be practiced at home on your mat

  • what to expect in a group equipment class

In addition to the 8 classes, you will receive a one month membership to our online studio My Daily Reformer as well as a discount code for your first three months subscription, 2 make up classes if you cannot attend your scheduled session, 15% off a retail, and one group fitness class (any barre, matwork, Foundation Training, or TRX class) vaild until October 31, 2019.

Monday’s and Friday’s 2pm-2:50pm September 23-October 18

Make up sessions (Wednesday’s 12:30pm and Thursday’s 9:30am until October 31)
