To maximize your Pilates experience, we recommend to start with at least one private Pilates session.  Your certified STOTT PILATES® instructor will customize a workout designed for your body’s specific needs.  With focus on breathing, alignment, and posture a one on one session will help develop proficiency in technique and any personal modifications you may need. Each session is 55 will incorporate Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and/or Barrel exercises.

Your first Private Pilates Session will consist of The Five Basic Principles of the STOTT PILATES® method, (Breathing, Pelvic Placement, Rib Cage Placement, Scapular Movement & Stability, and Head & Cervical Placement) introduction to at least five matwork and reformer exercises, and homework assignments to work on technique in your free time.  


A semi-private session is a single lesson shared by two-four people.  Semi-Private Sessions provide more personalized attention than a group class.  When you share a Pilates semi-private session with a friend or loved one you are making a commitment to two people.  Not only will this help keep you on track, but a shared Pilates session can be a fun way to spend time with your friends as you work toward individual goals.
