Pre & Post Natal Series

4 Week PreNatal Series

Calling all mamas-to-be! Pilates & Foundation Training for Moms to Be is a great way to keep you in shape in feeling great during all stages of your pregnancy.

This 4 week series is taught by fully certified STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer and Student Foundation Training Instructor, Gabrielle Cahoon. During her pregnancy, Gabrielle practiced Pilates weekly and incorporated Foundation Training post pregnancy to help reduce back and hip pain. With her experience in the fitness industry and as a mom herself, Gabrielle can help you stay fit and active during your pregnancy.

Learn how to incorporate Pilates, Foundation Training exercises, and breathing techniques to help you through all stages of pregnancy. Using the STOTT PILATES Reformers and Stability Chairs, you will stay strong and centered through every stage of pregnancy. Gabrielle will also give you tips on how to hold and carry your baby once it arrives.

Multi-Level Class

Barrel Flow 

5 Week Series

Friday's 9am-9:55am

October 6-November 10 (Katie is out of town one of these Friday's so we added an extra week)

Join STOTT PILATES Certified Instructor and ballerina, Katie Nixon, for a Pilates flow class using the arc barrel. With this 5 week program, you will learn choreography to music using Pilates and ballet inspired exercises on the arc barrel. Each week the class will build in intensity so by the end of the 5 weeks, you can move from one exercise to the next with a beautiful, seamless flow.

Back Care Series

4 Week Series

Tuesday's 11:30am-12:30am

Using principles of Foundation Training and Pilates, Equipment for Back Care is designed to help those with back and postural issues get out of pain.

In this 55 minute class you will learn a 10 minute warm up you can re-create at home to do every day before any activity, no equipment needed. The next 45 minutes of class will focus on helping you move from your hips and less from your spine to make your back strong. With the resistance of the reformer and springs from the tower, you will create length as well as strength in your body. This class is for anyone with back pain.
